Warranty
- DECOLOGIC guarantees product quality that protects, under the terms established by law for a period of 7 days from the delivery date.
- Not include damage caused by neglect, beatings, use or misuse, no tension, incorrect installation not performed by the service agent if applicable, or materials under normal use wear.
- In those incidents that justify the use of collateral are eligible for repair, replacement item or rebates, in the terms established by law.
- The warranty will be worth: - If you change, alter or replace some of the same data or proof of purchase. - If you handle or repair both the identification number as the device itself secured without knowledge of Technical Services. - If no signature or seal of the establishment.
- To make use of the warranty within the legal time limit of two years from the delivery of the product, it is essential to present proof of purchase (sales receipt). After this period, and in the event that the product purchased has an additional warranty given by the manufacturer, must be submitted along with proof of purchase (sales receipt) the duly completed warranty certificate.

Returning an Item
- Our goal is to offer the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order is not satisfied, have a term of seven (7) days from the date of receipt to implement the right of return.
- Returns from shipping address: For items sent back home shipping charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of collection will be charged to the client (equivalent to the amount of home delivery for the type of product purchased and the delivery destination, except large appliances, furniture, armchairs and sofas, in which case the costs collection will be of 20 €).
- To make the refund, the product must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and manuals, promotional gifts and accessories included where applicable. Upon receipt of the merchandise in our stores, and after checking the status of it, will proceed to refund the amount, according to the method of payment used by the customer (in cash payments, reimbursement of the transfer is done by bank).
- In any case, we will accept the return of defective products and incorrect shipments, and the store who will take care of the shipping costs if the client communicates this within seven (7) days from the date of receipt Shipping.
